Mark Hudgins

Executive Director

Mark Hudgins has been associated with live theatre in the Hampton Roads area since 1973, and has acted, directed, costumed or produced more than 200 separate productions in virtually every local theatre, including the now defunct Tidewater Dinner Theatre, Omni Dinner Theatre, and The Norfolk Savoyards.

Chip Gallagher

Artistic Director

Chip Gallagher is a published arranger and composer. He has served as director and/or musical director for Paramount’s Kings Dominion, Virginia Musical Theatre, the 19th Street Festhaus & Brewery, The Annabel Lee, First Night Virginia Beach and The Virginia Stage Company. Directing credits include Will Rogers Follies, Lucky Stiff, Aida, Legally Blonde, How To Succeed……., Chicago, Epic Proportions, All Shook Up, Swing, The Apple Tree, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, A Christmas Carol, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Next To Normal, Jekyll & Hyde, & Catch Me If You Can. He has served as chair of the Musical Theatre Department at the Governor’s School for the Arts for 30 years.

Kami Hines

Kami completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts at East Carolina University. While there, she made a little extra money working for the Theatre Arts Department… from sewing costumes (with varying degrees of success) to answering phones, making copies, and designing posters. A Virginia Beach resident, she’s been a creative in the marketing field for more than 20 years and is currently the Creative and Brand Manager at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.

Dan McGary

Office and Ticketing Manager

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Journalism from Regent University and has worked with many theatre companies in various capacities. He’s also been a member of the Doorway Singers since 2010. Dan worked with several Virginia Beach and Newport News high schools in their creative arts departments. His passions are writing and composing, and you can learn more about his creative work at coLABoration Theatre.
